Most people are "should-ing" all over themselves...
What if you are exactly where you need to be in order to learn the lesson you need to learn, so that you can live the life you are truly meant to live?
The first thing you have to do -
1. SET MASSIVE DREAMS
Small goals make you feel = sluggish & resentful, which cause you to focus on problems. Problems put you in a negative mindset and keep you from accomplishing those goals.
When you set a huge goal or dream, beyond anything you ever thought possible, you shift from focusing on your problems of today --> to the possibilities of the future. This creates excitement for what could be & makes you feel alive!
2. REMOVE PERFECTION
Perfection is toxic. It kills dreams.
Perfection creates pain in 3 ways:
You cannot be happy where you are, while trying to live in perfection.
You cannot succeed faster if you are toning down your dreams in order to live in perfection.
3. INCREDIBLE CONFIDENCE
When the negative voices show up because they will, it's inevitable, if you have incredible confidence you can snap out of it just like that!
Confidence isn't something you earn over time, it's something you DO.
4. REMOVE EXCUSES
Specifically in these areas:
Time is the fairest resource of all. Stop wearing busyness as a badge of honor.
Money is like air. It's always going to be there, you just have to do your part. Breathe it in and out.
Spousal support is the biggest excuse because most of the times we are creating the lack of support we are expecting.
Let's remove all these excuses so we stop blaming all these things as to why we aren't getting to where we want to be.
5. ADOPTING THE MINDSET OF APPRECIATION
Most people have two really big limiting beliefs when it comes to success:
1. They shouldn't be where they are right now, they should be further along.
By not appreciating where you are right now you are resisting your current reality. What you resist, persists.
2. I'll be happy when...
If you don't adjust your mindset now, it won't be there whenever you get to where you're trying to go.
Rich people can still be emotionally broke.
Trade your expectations for appreciation and watch your whole life change in an instant.
