Welcome to The Path To Mindset Mastery! My name is Brad Bizjack! I’m a mindset strategist and coach, inspirational speaker, and creator of Appreciation Academy and I help online business owners breakthrough all the negative self-talk holding you back from your dreams so you can finally see the success you deserve!

Let’s get into the growth!

So, what I learned from James Wedmore (that was so powerful for me), was that everything in my life that I had created (up until a certain point) was who I was being up until that point.

What do I mean by being?

What I mean is your…

  • Thoughts
  • Beliefs
  • Actions
  • Who you are!

The characteristics of who you are has led you to this point and if you ever want to change your life, you need to become more elevated. A different version of yourself.

James presented an idea of how most people operate (Have-Do-Be Mindset). Check out previous episodes for more on this! (People think that once they Have something, then they will Do *take action* and ultimately Be the person they want to be).

Once I have money, I will take the course and be successful. *This is a broken mindset.

You must get beyond scarcity and reverse this mindset. Be-Do-Have.

Be the person you aspire to become by doing what that person would be doing, so then you will have all the resources. Identify what you want in the long-term, so you can be that person now.

I want to have a six-figure business.

I want a promotion at work.

I want to have an amazingly passionate marriage.

So, you have to think… if you already had that 6-figure business, what would you be doing on a regular basis (that led to the creation of that successful business)? Make a list of those actions!

Chances are… those actions are leaps of faith and bigger actions than the ones you are taking right now.

Who do you need to be to have that successful business?

What do your beliefs, feelings, actions need to be?

If you ever want to get to those massive goals, it's going to require you to be someone new. People tell me all the time,

“I don't know how to be someone new brand.”

“I don't know how to believe new things.”

“I don't know how to act different.”

“I don't know how to think differently.”

My answer: Yes, you do!

Let me give you a couple of examples:

What is something that you are really grateful for?

Really think (and feel the emotions) of that thing/person you are really grateful for.

  • Your kids?
  • Your spouse?
  • Your business?

Go to that place where you feel incredibly grateful for that one thing/person and focus on that gratitude you feel. As you are feeling these new emotions, recognize that you just allowed yourself to change emotions.

Now, think about a moment of your life that excited you.

Close your eyes and really think about it!

  • A concert?
  • A trip?
  • A first kiss?

Think about this moment and put yourself in the moment right now!

Do you feel the excitement in your body?! Did you feel the passion?! The tingles?! The nerves?!

Yes, you did!

Last, go back to a loving memory where you felt so much love and connection.

  • A romantic memory?
  • A love of your children?

Picture the first time you held your son or daughter, feel that for a second.

What does it feel like?!

You just brought these emotions to your life right now (even though you were not actually experiencing these moments/people/things in-person).

My point? Yes, you can change your beliefs, your emotions, your actions! Yes, you can!

Think about what your biggest goals and dreams are… what do you want to create in this life?

There is an area of your life that you likely want to change. Now, think about the feelings you think that area of your life will bring you. Peace? Calm? Love? Presence? I wonder what would happen if you brought those emotions to that area of your life? You can just literally trigger yourself.

This is a strategy…

3 Words to Change Your Day

Picture the life you want in vivid detail. What are the 3 emotions you need to live on a daily basis that would make that life a reality?

*Mine are grateful, optimistic, and present. I have an alarm set every morning to remind me of these 3 words! Better yet, you can set multiple alarms so when someone or something attempts to rob you of those emotions, you will get a reminder to step back into those emotions.

This is your homework:

  1. Pick your 3 emotions
  2. Set multiple alarms

You will change your life and your future!
